Terms & Conditions
The Upgrade Pass on 5000, 4000, 3000, 1800, M2 and M3 wireless microphone systems is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights and is free of charge. In return, please note the following terms and conditions:
1. The Upgrade Pass is available only to the original purchasing individuals who complete and submit to Audio-Technica Ltd the registration form online at www.atupgradepass.com within 30 days of purchase. The Upgrade Pass applies only to the 5000, 4000, 3000, 1800, M2 and M3 wireless microphone systems bought between 01/01/10 and 31/12/11. Product not registered on the www.atupgradepass.com website within 30 days will not be eligible for exchange.
2. Upon registering at www.atupgradepass.com, you will be issued with a unique customer identification number. Please print this off and retain with your original till receipt for your records and use this number when contacting us.
3. The Upgrade Pass only applies to new product and is not applicable to products purchased ex display, used or products purchased before 01/01/10. You will be required to submit proof of purchase when making a claim under the terms of the Upgrade Pass.
4. The Upgrade Pass does not cover exchanging product caused by factors outside the manufacturer's control, including:
* changes to the frequency plan from Ofcom
* damage or loss of the original equipment by the purchaser
* modification, alteration, or transformation ofthe unit
5. The Upgrade Pass only applies to product supplied by Audio-Technica UK Ltd and purchased from professional authorized resellers within the United Kingdom.
6. No shipments will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA #) printed clearly on the package. Please contact Audio-Technica UK to obtain an RA #.
7. Please be advised that only the following models will be available in channel 38: 700 Series, 2000a Series and 3000b Series. For other Series, please contact Audio-Technica Technical Support for advise on suitable coordinated bands available.
